These habits are largely unconscious, and often the result of either previous injury, or more often than not, unconscious beliefs that shape how we organize our present moment experience. Through the work of assisted self-study, we will bring back to consciousness how you physically organize your body in the present moment, and empower you through somatic, mindful movement to find joy in your body
